Chadney Bulgin will make an initial charge of £199 for research and reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 1% of the advance. For example, on a mortgage of £100,000, a fee of £1,000 may be payable where the lender does not pay us a fee and/or a significant amount of work is involved in sourcing a mortgage. However, if you wish to pay a fee you may do so, in which case Chadney Bulgin will refund any commission they receive from the lender.
