Chadney Bulgin do not ordinarily charge fees for arranging mortgages, but we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 1% of the advance. For example on a mortgage of £100,000 a fee of £1,000 subject to a minimum of £500 may be payable where the lender does not pay us a fee and/or a significant amount of work is involved in sourcing a mortgage. However, if you wish to pay by fee you may do so, in which case Chadney Bulgin will refund any commission they receive from the Lender.
Administration Fees for Mortgage Advice
For new clients there is an administration fee of £299 (exempt from VAT). This becomes payable when your mortgage has completed.
