Membership Benefits
We believe strongly that it is important for you to build a relationship with your own personal adviser and it is this person who will be responsible for advising you now and in the future.
There may be occasions where your personal adviser needs to seek specialist advice and guidance and, as a club member, you will have access to Chadney Bulgin's investment and pensions specialist teams. For instance, you may need advice on what to do with frozen pension benefits from a former employer's scheme, or be looking for guidance on trusts to mitigate the impact of inheritance tax.
Members will be given access to : mortgages; protection; investments; and other exclusive products that become available to Chadney Bulgin from time to time. Please ask your adviser for details.
- Buildings and contents discount
Advice Club members will benefit from a refund of 10% of the annualised premium for building and contents insurance arranged through Chadney Bulgin after the first year's policy renewal.
- Individual Savings Account (ISA) discount
Members making a lump sum investment into a stocks and shares ISA will benefit from a 1% reduction in initial charges. By way of example, an investment of £7,000 would give a saving of £70.
At Chadney Bulgin, we believe in ensuring that our clients take the correct advice with regard to making a will. That is why we recommend specialist company Affinity Wills, where estate planning is required. Affinity Wills offers Advice Club Members a discount of £25 on any will writing undertaking, from the most basic (normally priced around £100) to more comprehensive requirements.
Chadney Bulgin recommends Direct Conveyancing UK (DCUK) when it comes to straightforward house purchases and remortgages. DCUK offers Advice Club Members a £25 discount on one conveyancing transaction undertaken, ensuring peace of mind and a fully transparent process.
As a club member you will receive your own copy of our financial bulletin twice a year. This will include personalised information on products and services we feel relevant to your needs.
You will be issued with a stylish and functional membership card which will be embossed with your client record number and a contact phone number. By quoting your number, you qualify for fast-track access to your personal adviser and/or his or her back-up team. Our contact times are from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00 am to 12.00 pm on Saturdays.
