Chadney Bulgin backs Chichester Community Awards
Chadney Bulgin is supporting the Chichester Observer’s Community Awards as sponsor of the Best School Award.
Now in its 10th year, the Community Awards attract nominations from Chichester Observer readers across 13 categories including best volunteer, best community event and best charity.
Once the nominations are in the newspaper publishes profiles of the shortlist so readers can choose the winners.
This year’s winners will be revealed at a ceremony hosted by Fred Dinenage at Butlin’s in Bognor Regis on December 4.
“We are so proud of our community awards,” said Chichester Observer Editor-in-chief Gary Shipton. “Anyone who has had the pleasure of coming along to one of our previous community awards will know just what an inspirational evening it is.
“There are so many fantastic people and organisations who work hard and really are the heart of our community. The awards are the perfect opportunity for these people to receive our thanks and be properly recognised.”
Chadney Bulgin currently supports a number of local charities and events, but this is the first community award it has sponsored.
“We are delighted to be able to play a part in the Chichester Observer’s annual quest to recognise and reward people from all walks of life who go beyond the call of duty,” said Martyn Griggs, Joint Managing Partner of Chadney Bulgin.
“Many of our staff put a lot of their personal time and effort into charity raising activities in the local area and it feels right to complement that excellent work by formally supporting awards that put the spotlight on the unsung heroes and deserving people and organisations making a real difference in our community.”
